2017 CONVOCATION ELECTION...ADENDUM
This is to inform members of the University Community and the general public that the updated list of members of the Convocation arising from claims and objections is as hereby presented.
It is this list that will be used as Voters’ List for election of Convocation Representative into the Governing Council onSaturday, June 10, 2017 at Ekpo Convocation Arena. Click on the link below to access the Updated Convocation List:
Voters are to note their Serial Numbers in the Voters’ List as displayed and present same to Accreditation Officers at the point of accreditation.
Please note that Voters without Serial Numbers may not be attended to. You are to further note that Voters without the requirements for identification will not be allowed to vote. For avoidance of doubt, the following are required for identification:
(a) Photocopy of Degree Certificate or Statement of Result; and
(b) Any of the following:
(i) National ID Card
(ii) Driver’s License
(iii) National Voter’s Card.
